Account data: your email address and login identity, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk). Usage data: which analyses you run, so we can apply plan limits. Payment data: card payments are handled by MoonPay Commerce and other cryptocurrencies by NOWPayments — we never see or store card numbers. For direct USDC payments we temporarily store only the amount, a random order reference and your account id, so we can match your transfer to your account; that record is deleted automatically. Blockchain settlement is public by nature.
We do not require or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. Token addresses you analyze are queries against public blockchain data.
To operate the service, enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Clerk (authentication), MoonPay Commerce (card payment processing), NOWPayments (crypto payment processing), X (advertising measurement — a pixel records anonymous page views and conversion events such as sign-ups and purchases; we never send your email address or any personal detail to it), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI summaries — token facts are sent for analysis, never your personal data), and public blockchain data providers. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
We use the cookies required for sign-in sessions. We also run the X (Twitter) advertising pixel, which sets a cookie to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. It records the event, never your email or any other personal detail. You can block it with any ad blocker or browser tracking protection and the site works exactly the same.
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by writing to info@sniffr.io.
