If SNIFFR Pro isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of your payment at info@sniffr.io and we will refund it, provided the period hasn't been used extensively (more than 20 deep analyses). Card payments are converted to stablecoin at the moment of purchase, so refunds are issued by us directly — by bank transfer or in stablecoin, whichever you prefer. Tell us which when you write.
Every plan is a one-time pass for a fixed number of days. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel — when the pass ends, your account returns to the free tier and you are never charged again.
On-chain payments are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by anyone, including us — that is how blockchains work, not a policy choice. If something went wrong with your purchase (wrong plan, double payment, wrong amount sent, access not activated), contact us with your transaction signature and we will fix it: extending your pass, correcting it, or returning the funds in USDC to the address you paid from.
